Best of the West
Best of the West serves as a platform for young talents aged 8 to 21, offering prizes to further develop their exceptional talents. We extend an invitation to all residents, workers, and students in Amsterdam West to showcase their dazzling acts—solos, duets, or groups, as everyone is warmly welcomed!
Vainergill plays an integral role as part of the production team for Best of the West, providing coaching and guidance to participants before, during, and after the talent show.

TjillSkillz
TjillSkillz is a vibrant space where youths can unleash their skills and talents in the realms of acting, dance, rap, and spoken word. Under the tutelage of experienced professional teachers and experts, participants engage in a dynamic and enjoyable journey of growth and challenge.
Within TjillSkillz, Vainergill contributes to the production of two performances per season and takes on daily responsibilities. Additionally, she collaborates with Claudio Magaña Torres in overseeing the final direction of the productions.

Foundation Hip Hop Centre
Foundation Hip Hop Centre serves as a knowledge-sharing hub, inspiring and providing a safe space. They firmly believe that wisdom, when translated into knowledge, offers guidance, and that culture can serve as a powerful tool to educate today's young generation, equipping them with the skills to navigate these complex times.
In the 2021-2022 period, Vainergill held the position of overseeing the academy's day-to-day operations. She worked closely alongside founder John Agesilas, uniting efforts to create a nurturing and empowering environment.
